Raspberry Rampage Smoothie

So about a year ago I started working out regularly, I never thought I'd be that person.
About a month ago I bought a blender and started making a LOT of smoothies, never thought I'd be that person either.
I've been toying with smoothie recipes that I've found on Pinterest but today I got a little bit brave.
This recipe was born while I was staring a big ol' bag of Chia seeds. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Raspberry Rampage Smoothie
Recipe type: Vegan, clean 
Total time:  
Serves: 2
  • 1 cup Raspberries (I used frozen)
  • 1 cup of Strawberries (I used frozen)
  • 1 small Banana
  • 1 handful of Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 cups Almond Milk (I used unsweetened)
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp of Almond Butter (optional)
  1. Add all ingredients to the blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth. 
  3. Add ice if you need to thicken or cool off your smoothie (I added four cubes)
  4. Enjoy!
